Associating Advanced Bulletin Templates with Topics

When an Advanced Bulletin template is first created, it is available for all topics in your account by default. You can restrict access for a template to one or more topics. This allows you to create highly customized templates to be used by specific topic(s). Administrators that do not have access to the specified topic will not see the templates associated with the topic.

For example, Topic Administrator Smith has access to Topic A, Topic C, and Topic D. Another administrator creates an Advanced Bulletin template and associates it Topic B. Topic Administrator Smith will not be able to access the Advanced Bulletin template nor use it to create an Advanced Bulletin.

Note that associating an Advanced Bulletin template with a topic does not mean that template will be used for all bulletins sent to that topic. It simply makes the template available to those topic administrators.
