Introducing the New Open Data Support Site

Welcome to the GovDelivery Insights Center, new home to our Open Data support documentation!

 

 

This move, part of a greater effort to centralize the support documentation for all our products and make it easier to find information, comes with some added benefits. 

Centralized and reliable

On Insights, you can find support content for all your GovDelivery products including Open Data. You can learn about the technical specs of our Open Data platform, how to use it, and what's new. 

Open Data no longer has a separate site for support documentation, and it's kept up-to-date with every release. Make sure to check to check out the What's New section as our Open Data platform continues to rapidly evolve. 

Still open source software with open documentation

While support content is moving to Insights, we still believe in keeping our Open Data platform an open source technology. Technical documentation for developers is open to the public on our GitHub project

Helpful strategy resources alongside product information

The GovDelivery Insights Center also includes Open Data strategy resources: helpful content we produce designed to aid government employees in adapting communications strategies to transform the citizen experience.

Navigation links in every article let you quickly see what's on the page and jump to different sections.

Now you can easily let us know which articles need attention.

Feedback tools at the bottom of each article not only help us see what's working in our documentation and what's not, but they can also help your colleagues more easily find helpful content. If you indicate that an article is helpful, it's more likely to show up in searches and featured content lists.
