I forgot my password to my subscriber profile. How can I reset it?

You can reset your password on the screen that requires your password for your subscriber profile.

On this screen, there will be a link to the left of the Submit button that reads Forgot your password? Click on this link and enter your email address and then click Submit

An email will be triggered to the email address for your profile with instructions on how to reset your password. Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll be able to log in to your subscriber profile again with your new password.
