In this release, we've made some improvements to some of the features offered in our Advanced Package for Communications Cloud and for the Bulletin Address Report. For more information about the capabilities provided in the Advanced Package, check out this blog post. If you're interested in discussing this option, talk to your Client Success Consultant or submit a ticket at the bottom of this page.

Welcome New Subscriber Campaign Report

This applies to you only if your organization has the Advanced Package for Communications Cloud.

The Welcome New Subscriber Campaign now has its own report showing the results of both overall campaign, and individual message metrics, such as opens and clicks. This report gives you the feedback necessary to determine how your Welcome New Subscriber Campaigns are performing.

Welcome New Subscriber Campaign with Double Opt-In

This applies to you only if your organization has the Advanced Package for Communications Cloud.

Last month, we released the Welcome Campaign, which makes it easy to engage new subscribers with a series of messages designed to better acquaint them with your organization, mission, and content. In this release, we've added conditional Welcome Campaign message text that will appear to unconfirmed subscribers when double opt-in is enabled for your account.

If a subscriber has not confirmed their profile when they are sent a Welcome Campaign message, the subject of the message will start with the text "Please Confirm Your Email", and the body of the message will contain this text at the top:

The link will allow the subscriber to confirm their address.

Welcome New Subscriber Campaign Status Message

This applies to you only if your organization has the Advanced Package for Communications Cloud.

The Welcome New Subscriber Campaign message editor has received some updates that make for a clearer, more intuitive process. After a campaign has been activated, the green toggle switch label will change from Ready to Send. The message state has also changed from Ready/Draft to Sending/Draft. These changes will offer a simpler and more direct indication of the status of a Welcome New Subscriber Campaign message.

Transaction Message Filtering Criteria

This applies to you only if your organization has the Advanced Package for Communications Cloud.

We have made a new option available for transaction message filtering criteria for bulletins and segments. In addition to being able to select a date range for when an action was/was not performed—for example, in the last seven days—you can now choose a specific date from when messages are sent out. This capability allows you to be much more precise when targeting subscribers.

Bulletin Address Report Improvements

We added placeholder text to the filter fields above the recipients list, and we made the breadcrumbs at the top of the page match the formatting of the rest of the reports.
